Ingredients: rooibos, natural mango flavour, natural raspberry flavour, mango pieces, pineapple pieces, rosehips*, freeze-dried raspberries*, blackberry leaf, calendula petals (* = certified organic)

Steeping Instructions: steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea with 8 oz water at 212℉ for 4-6 mins
